COUNTRY OF DELIVERY: METROPOLITAN FRANCE

For all shipments to mainland France, standard delivery is free for all purchases of €45 or more.

You can choose from the following delivery services:

• - Point Relai: €4.50 (between 3 and 5 working days)

• - Colissimo (standard home delivery): €5.99 (between 3 and 5 working days)

• - Colissimo home delivery with signature: €6.99 (between 2 and 3 working days)

DELIVERY COUNTRY : INTERNATIONAL

HBF sends all products purchased from our HBF Online Shop to addresses in the countries listed below. The delivery prices indicated are the minimum Coliposte prices for each country and vary according to the weight of the parcel.

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

No deliveries will be made to countries not on the list or to P.O. Boxes.

All orders delivered outside mainland France may be subject to local taxes and customs duties, which are payable entirely by the purchaser. The carrier may ask you to pay any customs duties at the time of delivery. Any customs duties and taxes relating to the delivery of an item are your responsibility.

Under no circumstances will HBF be required to bear any additional costs relating to the delivery of the order, excluding charges and transport, which are described and invoiced when you place your order on the Site.

RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article 6 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you have a period of 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. With regard to the reimbursement of the product(s) concerned by your return, we will do our utmost to ensure that this takes place within the period of 14 (fourteen) days stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. However, given the difficult period we are going through, this will in any event take place as soon as possible after the actual recovery of the products in perfect condition by our services.
